Beech Avenue will be closed from Sunday 7 July to Wednesday 4 September 2019, whilst SES Water continue their work replacing the water mains. They will lay a new water pipe from East Court to the junction with High Barn Road. Progress along this section of the works will be slow due to the number of property driveways in Beech Avenue.
After completion of laying the new water mains, SES Water will move services from the old to the new water main between East Court and High Barn Road. This will begin after the main is laid and tested. Confrimation of the start date will be on their website project page. Each service connection will be moved under traffic control and each excavation backfilled before moving on to other properties.
Residents living in Beech Avenue will still be able to access their properties.
