SES Water has written to residents of Beech Avenue inviting them to a Drop-in-Event on Wednesday 6 March between 3pm to 8pm at Effingham Golf Club, to discuss any issues may have with the next phase of the Water Main Replacement down Beech Avenue.
During the Easter School holidays (30 March to 21 April), a new water main from the entrance of St Teresa’s School to as far as the first property (East Court) in Beech Avenue will be installed.
During the Summer School holidays (7 July to 1 September), a new water main will be installed past the properties in Beech Avenue to the junction with High Barn Road. Properties will be connected up to the new mains after testing.
During the Easter and Summer School holidays, Beech Avenue will be closed to traffic, and diversions will be in place. Residents of Beech Avenue will still have access to their properties.
