Effingham Parish Council has objected to planning application 19/P/00703, submitted by Berkeley Homes. The proposed development is of 408 and 410 Lower Road by the erection of 5 dwellings (2x 2-bed, 3x 3-bed) with associated access, parking and landscape works following the demolition of existing buildings (2x 4-bed dwellings) and outbuilding. Although the closing date for comments was 24th May Guildford Borough Council has indicated they will accept comments which should be made via their website by 30th May.
