Effingham Parish Councillor, James Nicholls, appeared in Staines Magistrates Court today, 18 December 2017. He had earlier attended Guildford Magistrates Court on 26 September 2017, following an incident on Friday 25 August, on the King George V Playing Fields, when he was arrested and charged with four offences.
