Effingham Residents Association has submitted their objection to planning application 19/P/01726 by Millgate Homes for 20 houses on land at Church Street.
The main reasons for objection to the development is the non-compliant with national, local and neighbourhood plan polices. In particular the Neighbourhood Plan, which was formally adopted by Guildford Borough Council on 10 April 2018, only allows for up to 9 houses on the site. It is dissapointing that Millgate think that Effingham’s Neighbourhood Plan does not apply to them.
