Guildford Borough Council (GBC) have opened up consultation of the Stategic Development Framework (SPD), which includes the former Wisley Airfiel. Proposals for Wisley Airfield will provide for 2000 residential houses, plus 100 sheltered houses and 8 traveller pitches. Primary access to the site will be from the A3, with a bus service to Horsley and/or Effingham Junction railway stations.

The consultation runs until midday on Monday 24 February 2020. Anyone who wishes to comment on the SPD can do so on the website at https://guildford.inconsult.uk/consult.ti/SDFSPD/consultationHome, or by emailing planningpolicy@guildford.gov.uk
Paper copies of the documents will be available to view at the Council office main reception at Millmead and in all Guildford borough libraries (during usual opening hours) throughout the consultation period.
