The KGV Toddlers’ Playground Appeal is aiming to raise £18,000 to refurbish the toddlers’ playground on the KGV. £1,791.89 has been raised so far. A sponsored Welly Walk is being held on Saturday 10th March at 10am at the KGV. For more details see our Facebook page, Children’s Sponsored Welly Walk at KGV or email wellywalk@gmail.com . Some residents have asked for more information about how to make a donation.
There are two ways of doing this:
- Make the payment safely online through our page on the Virgin Money Giving website, which is a non-profit making giving site. Choose Make a donation and search for KGV Effingham Toddlers’ Playground Appeal (which is also taking sponsorship donations for the Sponsored Children’s Welly Walk on 10th March). If you are a tax payer please fill in your full details so that Virgin can reclaim the Gift Aid for us. You can show your name or be anonymous. You can also access the page through our Facebook KGV Playground Appeal page or you can directly access it here.
- Send a cheque made out to “The Effingham Village Recreation Trust” with “For the Toddlers’ Playground Appeal” written on the back. Please include a completed EVRT gift aid form if you are a tax payer, so that Gift Aid can be reclaimed, and send or deliver by hand to:
