Guildford Borough Council has been advised that Millgate has withdrawn planning application 18/P/01924 for the erection of 23 dwellings plus parking, access, and landscaping on land at, Church Street, Effingham, KT24. Therefore the planning application will not be discussed at the Planning Committee meeting tomorrow (Wednesday 24 April 2019).
It is understood that Millgate may submit another planning application for the site at a later date.
