Guildford Borough Council are required to accept 20% of Woking’s Housing Need according to the Planning Inspectors report. There was unanimous criticism across the political spectrum.
The decision that the main modifications proposed to the Local Plan was approved by the Executive. The revised Local Plan will go out for public consultation in a weeks time.
