Effingham Residents Association would like to thank all those who joined us at the Press photograph this afternoon outside Effingham Lodge Farm fields.  Whilst the conditions were Arctic over 40 Effingham residents turned out including Effingham Parish Council Chairman Arnold Pinder together with Cllrs Symes, Lightfoot and Moss.  The latter is well known for her excellent presentation at the Public Meeting about the Berkeley Homes planning application on 9 December in the Village Hall.
