Solictors acting on behalf of three clients, Compton Parish Council, Ockham Parish Council and Jules Cranwell are seeking a Judicial Review of Guildford’s Local Plan.
The Judicial Review can only examine the legal process of the Local Plan, and can not challenge any decision or planning matter of the Local Plan.
