An online poll commissioned by developers, hoping to overturn Guildford Borough Council’s (GBC) rejection of their plans to build more than 2,000 homes at the former Wisley Airfield, has been condemned by an opposition campaign group.
The Wisley Action Group says that the brief poll statement, with which people are asked to register their support for Wisley Property Investments’ (WPI) proposals, distorts the reality of the planning application and fails to present a balanced view of the facts.
