Effingham Residents are invited to a Gypsy Traveller seminar on

The seminar is free of charge with refreshments included. It is sponsored and supported by Effingham Residents Association and Dr David Martin Smith the Principal Lecturer, Sociology at the University of Greenwich.

 

Please do reserve your place as capacity is limited and formal invitations have also been sent to local borough and county councils, teachers and others interested parties. All those in the legal profession or who mix with the different parts of our community will find this a fascinating morning.
