Effingham is invaded yet again with Travellers. There are currently 4 caravans and a camper van and various other vehicles which are on the KGV Playing Fields on the eastern boundary. The Travellers have managed to open the gate off the A246 Guildford Road. The Police have attended. The Car Park is closed until further notice.
This is the third incursion this summer in Effingham. The ELF site was invaded on 17 May, and then the Church Hall site was invaded on 6 August.
