Berkeley Homes has submitted planning application 21/P/00428 to consider appearance, landscaping, layout and scale in respect of the erection of 99 dwellings on the existing Howard of Effingham School site. Following the planning appeal APP/Y3615/W/16/3151098 decision in March 2018, outline planning permission has already been approved in principal via planning application 14/P/02109
