Guildford Borough Council (GBC) has informed Effingham Parish Council (EPC) that the consultation process for Planning Applications – 21/P/01283 and 21/P/01306 has not yet started. This is because Berkley Homes have not yet submitted the Financial Viability statement, which is a vital document to understand the reasons for the claimed increased in costs.
The consultation process for the two planning applications to increase the number of houses on the ELF site will begin when GBC receives the relevant documents, and publishes them on the website.
For those people who wish to object to the planning applications, EFFRA will be providing an easy way to object via the website, on some of the key points of objection. We will aim to get this page up on the website in about a week after the formal start of the consultation process.
