Please join the Effingham Litter Pick on Saturday 12th June, which is being organised by EFFRA and the Parish of St Lawrence, Effingham with All Saints, Little Bookham, as part of the Great British Spring Clean.
The Litter Pick will start in the St Lawrence Church Hall car park, Browns Lane, Effingham KT24 5NL at 10am and will finish by 12 noon.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), of Gloves, and hi-vis vests, will be provided as well as equipment of litter grabbers and bags .
As a thank you, a complementary hot drink will be provided for litter pickers after completion of the pick, courtesy of EFFRA and Loolabells, at Loolabells Outdoor Kitchen in the KGV Playing Fields, Browns Lane, Effingham KT23 5ND.

This may also help to prick the conscience of those people who think nothing of throwing their litter from their cars and as they walk through our beautiful villages. Hats off to EFFRA and all the volunteers.
It’s a great day I had a good exercise I’ve done loads of cleaning picked up loads of cigarette butts and loads of plastic parts I am doing good for the environment I feel good about myself now I will definitely do it again
