Effingham Residents Association will hold their AGM on Monday 30th April 2018 at 20:00 in St. Lawrence Church Hall. After the formal part of the meeting, there will be a short presentation of the key points of the Berkeley Homes/Howard Appeal Decision, the planning process to be followed, and the likely timetable, will be followed by public discussion of the way forward.
