Effingham Residents Association (EFFRA) held its Committee meeting virtually online on 8th February via Zoom. Topics discussed were planning applications, including those at the Church Street site, Berkeley Homes proposal for an additional 110 houses, and The Barn. Also discussed was the Tradesmen’s register, website and the forthcoming AGM.
