Effingham Residents Association has presented a letter to the Inspector hearing the appeal by Berkeley Homes and The Howard Trust for the development of 295 houses on the Green Belt. Bringing to the attention of the Inspector the widespread vandalism that occurred in Effingham on 17 May, with the removal of many posters of objection. Letter of 23 May to Inspector
