Effingham Residents Association has submitted its objections to Guildford Borough Council to the proposed development of the new Howard of Effingham School.
The key objections are to the non-compliance with Planning Inspectors conditions in permitting the development, in particular the reduction to the boundaries of the school, and the non-compliance with the Neighbouhood Plan policy on wildlife corridors.
