Do you have any thoughts on housing prices in rural Surrey? Or perhaps you are a little fed up of having slow broadband?

Locals are now being given the opportunity to have their say in an online survey, which has been devised by The Surrey Countryside and Rural Enterprise Forum.
The survey is hoping to generate opinions about the issues and needs for rural Surrey.
The survey is split into three sections:
people and community
services and infrastructure
economy and environment.
It will provide a vision and proposal to improve the county.
Feedback will then be used for a new rural strategy which is being devised in March 2016.
Jason Gaskell, CEO of the Surrey Community Action, which is a Rural Community Council and a member of the Forum, thinks that: ‘’Young families are disappearing from our countryside and villages are becoming retirement enclaves where residents, as they age, find it harder to access health and social care.
”Whether you agree with the current picture of rural Surrey or not, now’s the time for us to speak up so that together we can secure a fair deal for rural communities.’’
Residents of Surrey have until Monday January 4th to complete the online survey, so if you would like to view of take part click here
