A planning Application has been submitted
to Guildford Borough Council proposing an
extensive development of 295 houses in
Effingham Village.
The housing would fund a new and enlarged
Howard of Effingham School for 2000 pupils
including Sixth form & Autism centre, making
it one of the largest schools in the Country.
Effingham Parish Council
and Effingham Residents Association

have had consultations with residents and a
Public Meeting, we are keen to ensure that everyone
has the opportunity to see the facts surrounding
this planning application.
