Jeremy Palmer co-opted as Parish Councillor

EFFRA would like to congratulate Jeremy Palmer on being co-opted to the vacant Parish Councillor position on Effingham Parish Council. Encouragingly, there were two very good applicants for the position.

Jeremy, has lived in Effingham, with his wife, Kay, since 2003. The photo was taken at the very successful exhibition hosted by EFFRA in September 2019 to mark forty years since the death of our distinguished resident, Sir Neville Barnes Wallis. Jeremy was one of the three organisers of the exhibition. He is seen with his wife, Kay, and their West Highland terrier talking to Elisabeth Gaunt, daughter of Sir Neville Barnes Wallis. EFFRA looks forward to working with him as a parish councillor.
