Some more pictures of how VE day was celebrated. In Lower Farm Road scarecrows were the order of the day. As one resident comented
“It was a really good day greatly assisted by the glorious weather. …. The social distancing worked pretty well with everyone having their picnic on their own front verge. People seemed to enjoy the freedom to walk up and down to see the displays and exchange news.”
