Ian Symes, Chairmain of Effingham Parish Council, has written a letter to the Guildford Dragon, explaining that EPC worked with EFFRA to defend key policies in the Neighbourhood Plan, which resulted in
the recent rejection of the planning application for 17 houses on the Church Street site.
