Paul Spooner, leader of Guildford Borough Council (GBC), will be talking at the next Effingham Parish Council (EPC) meeting on Tuesday 29th May 2018. The meeting, at King George V Hall, Browns Lane, is planned to start earlier at 7:30pm.
At the meeting, there will be other members of GBC, who will be there to answer questions. Topics likely to be of interest to Effingham Residents include GBC Local Plan, development at the former Wisley Airfield, and the relevance of Neighbourhood Plans, especially in light of the recent decision by the Secretary of State regarding the development of a replacement school on Effingham Lodge Farm, and houses on Browns Lane.
