The UK countryside faces unprecedented pressure from housing developers seeking to take advantage of those local authorities which are unprepared, or incapable, of challenging the Government’s relentless drive to build houses.
Campaign groups around the country are joining together and becoming affiliated to All4BetterDevelopment. They are all opposed to paragraph 49 of the Government’s National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), which allows developers to develop where they like if the local Council does not have a five year supply of deliverable housing sites.
