Effingham Residents Association has objected to the high density housing proposed development of the Church Street Fields site within the Conservation Area. Details which can be read at EFFRA Objection to Planning Application 19-P-01726 31 Aug 2020
The original planning proposal 19/P/01726 was for 20 houses on the site. The developers have revised their proposal, and now plan to build 17 houses on the site. The site was included in the Effingham Neighbourhood Plan in Policy ENP-SA1 which has an allocation of “Residential for up to 9 homes, and Parish Council Burial Ground Extension”, subject to 5 conditions.
