Planning application: 21/P/00120 has been submitted for The Barn in The Street to Guildford Borough Council for the erection of 15 dwelling houses and associated garaging following demolition of existing dwelling house.
The Barn is the large 8 bedroom house located at the rear of Bevans the butchers, situated in 0.74 ha of garden. The property is accessed via the public Bridleway, which runs alongside the property.
The site was not included in Effingham’s Neighbourhood Plan, and the site has been inset from the Green Belt when Guildford’s Local Plan was adopted.
