Wynngate Guildford Limited has submitted a revised planning application 24/P/00159 for the “Construction of a two storey building to the front of the site and a single storey building to the rear of the site comprising 5 No. x 1 bed flats along with bin store, 5 car parking spaces and landscaping following demolition of the existing building.”
The previous planning application for the site 21/P/02646 was refused by Guildford Borough Council. The decision was appealed APP/Y3615/W/22/3307469, but the appeal was refused. This new planning application 24/P/00159 attempts to address the reasons given in the Appeal decision for refusal.
