Berkley Homes Appeal decision delayed until 22 February

The Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government has decided to delay the decision on the appeal APP/Y3615/W/16/3151098 by Berkley Homes & Howard of Effingham into refusal of planning application 14/P/02109, because Guildford Borough Council has submitted the Local Plan for examination, which needs to be taken into account, before a decision on the Appeal can be made.
