37 dwellings on Orestan Lane refused by GBC

Yesterday, 28th July Guildford Borough Council (GBC) refused a planning application by the Aster Group to build around 37 dwellings in a field owned by Orestan Developments Ltd. north of Orestan Lane.  The decision can be read here.

Fatal crash on A246 in Effingham yesterday evening
