A3/M25 Interchange upgrade to be examined by the Planning Inspectorate

The proposal by Highways England for the M25 junction/A3 Wisley interchange has been accepted by the Planning Inspectorate on 17 July 2019 for formal examination. Details of the of the planning application, are on the Planning Inspectorate’s website here. Between 26 July and 6 September anyone can make a representation to the inspectorate about the scheme, and those representations will form part of the formal examination. The Planning Inspectorate will publish details on how to make represnetation shortly.

Highways England are making available paper copies of the documents to be viewed from 26 July at the offices of Guildford Borough Counci, Elmbridge Borough Council, Surrey County Council and at the following libraries: Addlestone, Byfleet, Cobham, Horsley, Walton, West Byfleet and Woking.
