Berkeley Homes has submitted amended plans for its Planning Application 19/P/00703 for 408 & 410 Lower Road which was originally reported on 27th April. The main change is that the number of houses has been reduced from five to four. The proposed access to the site, which has been a major concern in comments submitted by EFFRA, Effingham Parish Council and residents, remains from Lower Road instead of from the back of the site as is the current access.
Guildford Borough Council is requesting comments on the amended plans by Friday 5th July.
