NHS South East Coast Ambulance Service are running a free basic life saving course.
Everyone welcome. Come along and practice using a defibrillator and learn basic life saving techniques. You never know when you might need to help a partner, a friend, a neighbour. This is a free drop in event. No need to book – just come along. There will be trained first aiders – community first responders and paramedics – to teach you how to deal with a cardiac arrest and how to use a defibrillator.
Training at St Lawrence Church Hall, Browns Lane, Effingham, from Saturday 14th May 10am – 12 noon.
