  1. Green belt land is essential for individuals wellbeing , space to embrace harmony in nature.
More vehicles bring pollution, congestion, road rage.
ALL contrary to village life and an environment created and nurtured over time.
I’m not aware of increased provision of medical centres, schools essential if/ when increase in population .

  2. Well done Vivian, you have really done your research and we are all very thankful for that.
We all know how slowly the congestion moves in the village at the moment as many people visit our popular little shops and parents drop off their children at the schools. Also it is a popular route for cyclists.
sometimes it takes me 3-5 minutes to get out of my driveway onto Lower Road.
Orestan Lane, although very narrow, can sometimes be a quick escape route to the main road.
Over Development is happening all over this part of Surrey but I guess these Building Companies make such huge profits it is worth their while to push for as much as they can get without thoughts with problems they maybe causing for the environment, traffic pollution and peoples health and well- being.
