1095 votes – Booth, Dennis George William (Residents for Guildford and Villages)
1023 votes – Kennedy, Paul Gilbert (Liberal Democrats)
569 votes – Stewart-Clark, Alexander (The Conservative Party Candidate)
99 votes – Barnes, John Howard (Labour Party Candidate)
Turnout was 28.25%
