Effingham resident, Michael Christopher Connors, was killed on 28 July whilst driving a horse-drawn buggy. The Horse had to be put down due to injuries received. The driver of the car involved in the accident has been arrested.
Michael used to advertise with the Effingham Residents Association. We offer our deepest condolences to his wife and two young children.
