Effingham Parish Council (EPC) have submitted their formal ‘Statement of Case’ to the Planning Inspectorate, opposing the planning appeal by Berkeley Homes to allow them to build 114 homes on the Green Belt, and the ‘reserved matters’ application for 99 homes on the existing school site.
