Due to the high number of comments received for the 110 extra homes on the Green Belt, Guildford Borough Council (GBC) are having problems processing them, so it will take some time before they appear on the GBC planning website. GBC are encouraging people to use the planning portal to make their objections, as they will appear quicker on the website, and require less resources from GBC.
You can comment on planning application 21/P/01283 by clicking on the link here, and to planning application 21/P/01306 by clicking on the link here.
Alternatively you can still use the two forms on the EFFRA website to object by clicking on the link https://effinghamresidents.org.uk/objection-to-110-homes, although the comments will take a bit longer before they appear on the GBC website.
