Horsley Road between Effingham Junction and Downside will be closed to through traffic from Wednesday 31 May to Saturday 3 June, whilst UK Power Networks install a new power connection. Diversions will be in place via Old Lane and Chilbrook Road (the road opposite the primary school in Downside).
