  1. Marvellous, just when roadworks will carried out on the A246 at Orchard Gardens for 2 weeks. That sunken drain cover on Effingham Common Road has been dug up and left for a month without any work being done. Whatever happened to joined up thinking?

  2. What have they got against Effingham residents scheduling multiple roadworks at the same time? The only good thing about it is that the first week is half term.

  3. Little Bookham is completely isolated…….Lower Road to Bookham is closed……Effingham Common Road is closed…….Beech Avenue is only 1 Lane from traffic lights to Ranmore…..just who thought this would be a good plan!!!
