At the Annual Meeting of Effingham Parish Council (EPC) Meeting on Tuesday 29th May, Arnold Pindar stood down as Chairman. He was thanked for his contribution to the parish over the last nine years as Chairman.
Ian Symes was elected as Chairman and Paula Moss was elected as Vice Chairman. As Paula was not present she was unable to accept the post at the meeting.
