Effingham residents angered at the recent planning appeal decision by the Planning Inspector, protested today (Wednesday 21 December) outside the site where Berkeley Homes plan to build an extra 110 homes on the Green Belt, in addition to the 295 homes already approved in 2018 on the Green Belt.
