Formal trespass notice has been posted on the Effingham Lodge Farm site, Lower Road by Berkley Homes solicitors. The notice is dated 19 May 2020. If the travellers do not leave the site, Berkley Homes will have to apply to the courts to have them evicted by bailiffs.
