A High Court Judge has allowed a full hearing of the legality of Guildford’s Local Plan, in action brought by Compton Parish Council, Ockham Parish Council and Jules Cranwell. Guildford Borough Council has stated that it is unaware of any unlawfulness in the plan process. GetSurrey report that two developers have joined the judicial review process, and a third is awaiting permission to take part.
A date for the full hearing has yet to be set.
