The KGV team has been successful in its bid for a £½ million grant from Surrey County Council’s “Your Fund”. It will be used towards creating an inclusive and accessible new playzone, including an all-weather games court, social spaces and picnic areas, inclusive new play equipment, a network of paths connecting all areas of the park and an accessible nature and habitat trail.
Work will start shortly, but more fundraising is planned to complete the project. You can read more about this exciting news here.
