Berkeley Homes has submitted a revised planning application 23/P/01088 to build 99 homes on the Howard of Effingham school site. The previous planning application 21/P/00428 was rejected after appeal APP/Y3615/W/22/3298390. The site already has outline planning approval for the 99 homes.
These 99 homes will only get built after the new Howard of Effingham school has been built on the Effingham Farm lodge site, across the road from the current site.
