On Saturday 25 June Effingham Parish Council organised a Drop-in session and display on the draft Guildford Local Plan. Over 50 residents attended the meeting where Effingham’s Borough Councillor, Liz Hogger gave a presentation on the main proposals of the Plan as they affect Effingham, which was followed by an Open Forum discussion.
